ARE ALL PARTS GENUINE?

Yes, all the parts we sell are genuine directly from the manufacturers, we do not deal in replicas or copies.

HOW DO I GET PARTS/BRANDS THAT AREN'T LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?

You can send us an inquiry with the part you are after including the part numbers and we can source it for you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Depending on the brand and part, wait times can vary. For items in stock, it will take roughly 1 week to arrive to you. For brands such as ASM most parts are “Made to Order” so we recommend you check with us in advance. Our parts containers from Japan are scheduled for every 1.5 to 3 months on average to Sydney. Expedited options are available at extra cost.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. This is done by the shipping company and payment links from them are passed directly to the customer. Pickup from the Sydney area is also an option.
